1. Return Policy:
• We have a return policy of 7 days. This is 7 days from when you received your item.
•Condition: Items should be in their factory fresh condition. That is, they should be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Any items with signs of wear or have been changed are not returnable.
•Time Frame: You must return within 7 days after you receive your order. Returns initiated after 7 days may be approved at our discretion.
2. How to Return
•Procedure: Contact our customer care team by email/phone/contact form regarding the return. Please provide your order number along with the reason for return.
•Return Information: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization random number as well as details regarding shipping the item back. Do not ship an item back without any random number.
•Return Shipping Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label if the return falls under the category of an error on our part or for a damaged/defective item. Otherwise, for all other returns, you will pay for the return shipping.
3. Refund Process:
•Inspecting it: As soon as we receive your returned item, our team shall inspect your product to check whether it falls under the qualifying criteria of our return policy.
•Refund Amount: After the item is accepted for the refund, it will take about 7-10 business days. We will send it back to the account through which the transaction was made. Your bank or credit card service may take some extra time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges:
• If you prefer to replace instead of return, let us know what you would like to receive and our customer service representative can process a replacement for you. Replacements are also given on demand. If the original replacement item costs more, you pay the difference. Should the replacement item be cheaper, we credit the difference.
6.Shipping Costs:
•Shipping Return: If you return it, because of an error on our part or the item is defective then return shipping shall be covered by us, if you just want to return other items, then shipping charges are non-refundable and should be paid for by the customer.
•Original Shipping: Charges on the original order shipping are not refundable.
